Grown along the volcanic slopes of the Leuser Mountain Range in Sumatra Island, the region’s unique soil composition lends to the development of some of the most distinctive flavour profiles in coffee. Medium roasted whole beans, full bodied with earthy undertones and accompanying notes of spices. Enjoy it as you would any good cup of specialty coffee.
Application: Following the SCAA’s “Golden Ratio” of 1:18, we recommend 1 part coffee to 18 parts water. Our preference is the French Press, but feel free to use whichever brewing method you prefer. Steep for no more than four minutes and consume immediately.
