1. WARRANTY
Do you offer a warranty?
Every item is under a three-month storewide warranty against any manufacturing defects. You may reach out to us for further clarification or refer to our Return & Refund Policy here.
2. SHIPPING
When will my order be shipped?
We will ship out all orders within 3 working days upon receiving payment confirmation. A tracking link for your parcel will be provided as well in a separate email.
When will my parcel arrive?
On average it takes three to five working days for your parcel to arrive in West Malaysia and seven to nine working days for East Malaysia, subject to change due to overwhelming parcel volume during peak periods or festive seasons.
What do I do if my item is damaged in transit?
While we take every precaution to ensure your item is safe, there are at times forces beyond our control. Nevertheless, every customer has seven (7) days to submit their claims should their item be damaged in transit, and we will replace your item for you free of charge.
3. PRODUCT
What is the expiration date for coffee?
Coffee is considered a shelf stable product and therefore is safe to consume for years without problem. However, over time it loses its flavor and will turn stale, therefore we always recommend consuming it fresh, ideally within 30 days of the roasting date.
