RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Every item is thoroughly inspected upon arrival at our warehouse and checked again before being shipped out to ensure it is in good condition. Should you receive a damaged product, your claim must be submitted to us within seven ( 7 ) days of receiving it.
All products sold are under a three ( 3 ) month warranty against manufacturing defects. Do note this does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or abuse under permitted usage. All warranty claims must be sent back to PBC Coffee Sdn. Bhd. and the buyer is fully responsible in bearing all shipping charges to and from.
Should your product break down after the warranty period, you can consider sending it back to us for repairs, however the buyer will have to bear the cost of shipping and any spare parts it may require, which will be billed separately.
